Team Feat Endless Pool coaching sessions at Sandy Balls.

As we roll into Autumn we turn our attention to the off season and improving our swim technique.

So unless you swim like the Thorpedo, get yourself booked onto a video'd technique session in the Endless Pool.

The first will be on Monday evening the 20th September, we then plan to roll out regular dates each month throughout the winter.

The session will be taken by our own swim coach Mark Hitchcott with the session lasting an hour.

The session will be shared by 3 swimmers, who in turn will swim at various speeds whilst being video'd with feedback from Mark. Full video analysis after the session.
