At Feat UK we want you to enjoy your chosen event.

Before booking the event of your choice, please take the time to read the following terms and conditions. They are important and we have tried our best to write them in a plain and understandable form.

Payment for your event

In order to secure your place it is necessary for us to take a non refundable deposit from you. The level of this deposit is detailed with your event description.
Full payment for your event will need to be made 4 weeks prior to the event.
Please make all cheques payable to Feat UK and send to Feat UK, Timberley, Church Hill, West End, Southampton, SO30 3AT.

Cancellation

Once we receive your booking and deposit we will start to make arrangements for your event. Inevitably there are costs involved with this, we will always try and be flexible in our approach to charging for cancellations, however we reserve the right to charge as below. Please note in all cases the deposit is non refundable.

More than 6 weeks prior to the event, loss of Booking Fee or deposit only.
Between 6 & 4 weeks prior to the event, 50% of the total cost.
Between 4 & 2 weeks prior to the event, 75% of the total cost.
Within 2 weeks, you will be liable for the full cost of the event.

Medical

It is a condition of your being accepted on to any event that you confirm you have no medical or other conditions that may in anyway affect your participation in the event.
You will need to complete a Feat UK medical questionnaire.
Should a medical condition that may affect your participation arise after your booking has been accepted it is your responsibility to inform Feat UK.

Event Instructions

For each event you will be issued with a set of instructions. For many events there are specific essential items required, such as cycling helmets or photographic id or passport etc.
Should you attend the event without these specific items, you may not be able to participate. In these circumstances there will be no refund of monies.

Circumstances beyond our control

Feat UK reserve the right to postpone or reschedule any event, without penalty, if circumstances beyond our control make it impossible or impractical to deliver or to continue a pre-booked event.
