As the saying goes, “the sun always shines on the righteous” so that must mean that this years event was attended by some real Saints….either that or it was just a sunny weekend! I’ll leave you to form your own opinion of that!

During the early hours of Friday morning alarms were heard ringing out across the UK as 22 sets of weary eyes awoke in eager anticipation of this year’s Feat UK 3 peaks Challenge. 22 Participants including 4 dedicated drivers made their way to Regional Airports (Southampton, Gatwick and Birmingham) in order to fly to Glasgow Airport. Feat UK travelled to Snowdonia National Park in North Wales for the ascent of Snowdon, and  what turned out to be more than their fair share of fresh air. The Group of 8 climbers were quickly acquainted with the unique weather system, as the Minibus doors were nearly blown off  their hinges. Despite some fairly spectacular crashes, dodgy handling skills, 13 punctures, 2 broken chains and a couple of minor detours 21 of the 23 who started managed to tough it out on day 1 - more
