Team 2 have just gone over the fourth bridge and are climbing out of Edinburgh on their way to Cowdenbeath. 600miles now completed.

Great effort again from Nick and John who put in a solid 108 miles again on some really lumpy roads and also had to navigate through 2 city centres which I can tell you is a nightmare. Why do sign posts vanish when you need them the most..???? Well it's time to get some kip to give you some geography we are through Bristol about 20 miles up the A38. IP is out now with Wayne chomping at his bit to get out there...!!!!

The guys have done a Stirling job on the first 5 hours stint they have now covered an amazing 115 miles over some pretty lumpy Cornish roads, so well done to Ian and Wayne. Maybe they will try a bit harder next time out!

Next up Nick and John to carry on the effort.

Getting a bit worried, its suppposed to be a serious bike ride! This is the life, Team 2 are chilling waiting for our first stint in sunny Bude. Word is that Wayne and Ian are riding like they stole it, by all accounts Wayne has just overtaken a bus!!!! I'm off for a quick coffee..... and out Nick.
